Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SaaS programs, delivering timely, high-quality outcomes that exceed business and customer expectations
Develop and maintain program planning, tooling, roadmaps, OKRs, and best practices for internal teams and external stakeholders
Drive continuous process improvement using analytics, customer feedback, and by simplifying workflows – leveraging ML/AI where appropriate
Provide clear executive briefings and communicate program status, milestones, metrics, and risks to all stakeholders, ensuring effective change management
Ensure all deliverables meet security, compliance, and quality standards
Effectively manage virtual teams within a matrixed organization
Build and maintain strong relationships with global and regional customers, proactively addressing their needs and feedback with scalable solutions
Champion customer-centric practices that deliver measurable results and foster operational excellence

Required

6 to 10+ years of experience
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Candidate must reside in the Bay Area

In-depth knowledge of SaaS delivery, cloud technologies, and SDLC
Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira
Skilled with program management and data analytics tools
Experience with OKRs, release, and change management
Understanding compliance, security, and quality standards
Able to apply analytics, automation, ML, and AI for process improvement
Strong ability to translate complex initiatives into clear, actionable plans
Exceptional cross-functional collaboration in matrixed environments
Professional, empathetic communicator with customers, partners, and stakeholders
Strong written and verbal skills, including executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
Ability to clearly convey technical requirements to diverse audiences
Proven leadership in virtual, distributed teams
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
Customer- and results-oriented focus with a drive for measurable impact
