Responsibilities

Enhances revenue generation and client satisfaction by serving as a consultant for Individual Retirement Account product activities
Consults with client-facing advisors in the areas of retirement and financial planning
Acts as liaison to key internal groups to provide seamless Individual Retirement Account service and product support
Performs analytical research on compliance matters
Uses findings to identify potential issues, notify internal partners and follow through until corrections are fully executed
Serves as a subject matter expert for internal/external partners on retirement matters
Assists in development of educational resources
With guidance, performs project management activities involving oversight of Individual Retirement Account administration

Required

University / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions
Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework
