ABA Clinic Office Manager Lead an energized ABA clinic!
Aluma Care is an ABA clinic focused on providing quality care and support for families. As an Office Manager, you will enhance the admissions experience, support Behavior Technicians through training, and ensure the clinic operates smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities
Coordinate new client intake alongside our back‑office and scheduling teams to ensure a smooth, welcoming start
Partner with the Clinic Director to support client and BT scheduling
Provide training, coaching, and day‑to‑day oversight for BTs; support recruitment and onboarding in collaboration with recruiting
Jump in 1:1 with clients when needed to keep care consistent and high‑quality
Drive adherence to Aluma Care policies and ensure an excellent client and team experience across the clinic
Own clinic appearance and property needs so the space reflects the standard of care we deliver
Oversee the clinic budget and operational efficiency
Obtain (or be willing to obtain) RBT certification as part of your leadership toolkit
Collaborate closely with the Clinic Director and report to the COO
Qualification
Required

Talent for orchestrating complex schedules and adapting on the fly to keep sessions on track
Experience leading, training, or coordinating a team
Comfort stepping into direct care when needed (and enthusiasm for pursuing RBT certification if not already held)
Pride in facility standards—because the space sets the tone for care
A steady hand for budgets, compliance, and operational follow‑through
Preferred
Behavioral support experience and/or RBT Certification is a plus!
