Responsibilities
Own the full solution delivery lifecycle, from architecture design to execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives and Wiliot standards
Translate customer requirements into technical architectures and implementation plans
Build and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones across all ANDC functions
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery of all components
Act as the main technical lead in front of customers and internal stakeholders, leading kickoffs, status updates, and milestone reviews
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, surface blockers, and drive resolution
Ensure technical designs meet quality standards and integrate into cohesive, scalable deployments
Partner with Customer Success and Sales to enable a smooth handoff post-deployment and capture lessons learned to refine future methods
Contribute to the evolution of Wiliot’s deployment frameworks, tools, and best practices
This role may require travel of up to 50%, depending on business and customer needs
Qualification
Required
3–7 years of experience in technical program management, solution architecture, or a hybrid of both, supporting complex enterprise or IoT deployments, with hands-on experience using Python and SQL
Proven ability to own end-to-end delivery of large, multi-stakeholder technical programs
Strong technical understanding of IoT, networking, cloud platforms, and system integration
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong customer-facing effectiveness across internal and external audiences
Track record of working in fast-paced environments, balancing technical, operational, and commercial priorities
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related area or a combination of relevant certifications and job experience
Preferred
Background in supply chain or warehouse environments, with exposure to RF or Bluetooth networks, SaaS platforms, cloud services, or enterprise software deployments
Familiarity with asset tracking, warehouse operations, or industrial IoT
Experience leading programs or solutions
Demonstrated experience working directly with customers in a client-facing capacity
