Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize Node.js services and serverless functions within AWS
Build and enhance React applications, including SSO and identity verification workflows
Integrate with AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, and Cognito
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high‑performing solutions
Troubleshoot production issues and implement long‑term improvements
Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices for full‑stack development
Support mobile and web initiatives for the New York Lottery digital platforms
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional full‑stack development experience
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
React, Redux, Styled Components, React Provider Pattern
Node.js and serverless development
Hands‑on experience with AWS services: API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, Cognito
Strong understanding of secure coding practices and authentication flows
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Experience with identity verification tools (e.g., ID Dataweb) is a plus
Familiarity with Ionic Framework is beneficial
