Responsibilities

Partner with Planning teams to analyze planning processes to identify & document current practices & processes and how they link with each other and interact with the ERP system
Create a visual road map for supply chain planning monthly circle align with current S&OP process
Assist in analyzing current Demand Planning process, processes for reviewing & adjusting forecast, reporting & related KPIs
Identify and flag risks on both shortage and excess side by reviewing consolidated inventory that the company owns (Finished Goods at own warehouses and Field Inventory, Raw Materials etc), put it besides demand projections to look at overall Inventory Cover
Create an ageing inventory Metric showing trend month over month for Finish Good inventory
Assist in refining our Demand Planning process, this includes creating written documents for demand planning process
Track daily demand inputs (shipments), track split of revenue vs non-revenue shipments and track deviations vs our earlier assumptions
Analyze monthly KPIs and refine our Demand Planning related reporting and tracking
Other duties as assigned

Required

Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, Engineerings, IT, or related fields
Have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework
Broad awareness across supply chain disciplines and manufacturing environments
Basic knowledge of project management principles to track deliverables, and status of the project
High proficiency in MS office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Must have good verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and organization skills
Operate as a team or independently under management guidance
Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future

Preferred

Knowledge of programming languages as Python, SQL, R, Visualization: Tableau or Power BI is highly desirable
