Responsibilities
Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Proactively identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder team progress
Educate the team and organization on Scrum principles, agile values, and best practices
Protect the team from external distractions and interruptions during sprints
Act as a liaison between the team, Product Owner, and stakeholders to ensure goal alignment
Promote continuous improvement and help the team maintain high velocity
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a similar role
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is highly preferred
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and software development processes
Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, facilitation, and servant leadership abilities
Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
