The Environmental Program Coordinator oversees the daily operations of the environmental services program, ensuring safe and efficient execution of worksite activities while supporting and training program participants.

Responsibilities
Oversees the daily operations of the environmental services program
Ensuring all worksite activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with program goals
Requires an active presence at work sites while directly supporting, training, and supervising program participants
Ensures crews are prepared with the proper tools and materials
Responsible for transporting participants and equipment to and from multiple work sites as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience in environmental work, sustainability, community beautification, and urban greening
Experience managing a program with participants, volunteers, or crews
Understanding of worksite safety practices
Ability to train participants on environmental service tasks and safety procedures
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Ability to manage multiple work sites
Background check required
Valid California Driver's License, with the ability to transport participants
