Responsibilities
Maintain and optimize structured boards in Monday.com
Translate meetings into clear action items, ownership, and timelines
Track progress across multiple initiatives and workstreams
Follow up to ensure deliverables remain on track
Support intake and workflow implementation
Reinforce process consistency across the client team
Join 2–3 client calls per week and occasionally facilitate one independently
Provide organized summaries and maintain visibility across projects
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Project Management or Operations experience
Strong hands-on experience with Monday.com (required)
Experience implementing structured workflows within active teams
Comfortable operating in client-facing environments
Clear and concise communicator
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Able to balance structure with practical flexibility
