Responsibilities
Participate in construction meetings and provide ongoing project oversight
Investigate delays, identify root causes, and provide clear reports and recommendations
Respond to project-specific requests and support virtual management of multiple projects
Support scheduling, planning, and progress tracking activities
Interface with internal stakeholders through regular meetings and collaborative sessions
Summarize complex issues into actionable updates for project teams
Serve as a representative for the construction program, assisting teams in overcoming barriers to project completion
Qualification
Required
7-10 years of experience in mechanical or electrical construction environments
Advanced project management credentials (PMP or similar)
Proficiency in scheduling tools, specifically Microsoft Project or equivalent
Preferred
Willingness to support occasional weekend activities if needed
Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
Military experience is also valued
Background involving increasing levels of responsibility in mechanical construction roles
