Providing technical assistance and support related to hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies
Providing good customer service and support in a timely and professional manner
Documenting troubleshooting steps in ticketing software
Evaluating and troubleshooting IT issues that arise
Qualification
Required
Have excellent customer service skills
Be detail-oriented
Show experience with Windows operating systems, Office 365, and general desktop applications
Demonstrate the ability to multi-task
Have the ability to lift and/or carry up to 35 lbs
Preferred
Networking experience on a LAN/WAN environment
Windows 10/11 skills
