Responsibilities
Component Architecture: Architect and build a scalable, embeddable widget using React and TypeScript, utilizing Vite for optimized building and bundling
Form Handling: Implement robust data entry flows using React Hook Form. You will ensure strict data integrity and user feedback using Yup for schema validation
UI Implementation: Translate designs into responsive, accessible interfaces using MUI (Material UI). You must ensure styles are scoped correctly to avoid conflicts when the component is embedded on external sites
Maps Integration: Implement interactive mapping features using React Leaflet, handling markers, popups, and user location data efficiently
State Management & Data Fetching: Manage server state, caching, and synchronization using React Tanstack Query to ensure the component feels snappy and reactive
Design Collaboration: Collaborate daily with the UI/UX designer to ensure technical feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation of designs
Qualification
Required
Expert proficiency in React and TypeScript with a deep understanding of modern hooks and functional components
Experience configuring Vite for development and production builds
Deep experience with React Hook Form paired with Yup for validation logic
Advanced knowledge of MUI (custom theming, overrides, and responsive layouts)
Hands-on experience with React Leaflet or similar mapping libraries
Proficiency with React Query/Tanstack Query for managing asynchronous data
Experience building isolated, embeddable React components using Shadow DOM or other techniques to prevent style conflicts and ensure seamless integration
The ability to spot visual inconsistencies and work with designers to fix them before deployment
Clear communication skills to collaborate with the team and discuss architectural trade-offs
Preferred
Experience working directly within Figma (inspecting elements, exporting assets, and understanding design systems)
Experience writing unit and integration tests (Vitest, Jest, or React Testing Library)
