Responsibilities
Architect and develop event-driven microservices using Spring Boot and related Spring frameworks
Build and maintain responsive, reusable React interfaces
Implement messaging and integration patterns using RabbitMQ (Kafka experience also valued)
Develop producers/consumers, routing logic, and resilient async workflows
Deploy and support services in Kubernetes using automated CI/CD pipelines
Tune performance, troubleshoot production issues, and improve reliability/uptime
Create technical design docs, architecture decisions, and sequence diagrams
Participate in peer code reviews and uphold quality standards
Write unit tests with strong coverage and testability focus
Qualification
Required
8+ years of core Java development experience
4+ years building production applications with Spring Boot/Spring
4+ years building interfaces with React
4+ years implementing message queuing/event streaming with RabbitMQ or Kafka
Strong understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker/containerization, and CI/CD
Strong API/integration design skills and modern software engineering practices
Preferred
Experience with Elasticsearch
Experience with PrimeFaces 6+ / JSF
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra)
