Required
Associate degree and two (2) years' relevant IT work experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
Microsoft Operating Systems, including Microsoft O365
Unix/Linux Operating Systems familiarity
Preferred
Relevant Certifications
Knowledge of databases and ability to write SQL queries
Basic experience with scripting and automation languages (e.g., Bash, Python and PowerShell)
Experience with application monitoring and logging tools
Familiarity with CI/CD tools, (e.g., Jenkins and Bitbucket)
