Responsibilities
Write clean, efficient, scalable, and testable code, following coding standards and best practices
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality and maintainability
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects across development, QA, and production environments
Collaborate with cross functional teams (architects, QA, DevOps, product owners, UI teams) to deliver features and enhancements
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, API docs, and deployment notes
Integrate applications with databases and external services, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
Work closely with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, deployments, containerization, and cloud-based services
Analyze system requirements, contribute to architectural discussions, and participate in sprint planning
Ensure application performance, security, and availability through monitoring and optimization
Optimize system performance and reliability, including tuning JVM, database queries, and microservices communication patterns
Enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes, collaborating with DevOps for automation, observability, and infrastructure improvements

6-9 years of experience in IT
5-7 years of solid hands-on experience (recent) in React JS framework
Strong knowledge and experience in developing front-end applications using ReactJS, including components, state management, and routing
Solid experience in large-scale distributed systems and event-driven architectures
Experience working on React library with latest concepts like hooks
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud platform
Experience with Redux, GraphQL, architecture
Experience writing unit tests with jest, enzyme/react-native testing library
Proficiency in building using NodeJS, including creating RESTful APIs
Strong problem-solving abilities
Good communication (written & verbal) skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
