TPWD - Intern I - II - III (Infrastructure - Architecture/Engineering)
The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department is seeking an intern to assist with architectural and engineering design projects. This internship offers an opportunity to work alongside professional architects and engineers, contributing to various projects within the department.
Government Administration
Responsibilities
Assist Design Project Management staff on capital design projects, as well as internal branch projects
Performs additional duties as assigned
Complies with Agency, Division and Department rules, regulations, and procedures
Qualification
Required
Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited college or university or recent graduate with a bachelor's degree or higher within the last 6 months
Minimum of 18 completed semester credit hours from an accredited college or university at time of application
Must have an overall grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 grade point scale or 'Pass' on a Pass/Fail system
Must possess a valid state driver's license
Preferred
Currently in pursuit degree path in Architecture, Engineering, Landscape Architecture or closely related Field, as determined by the Hiring Manager
Work experience in Architecture, Engineering, Landscape Architecture or closely related field, as determined by the Hiring Manager
