Responsibilities
Manage key sourcing activities for business projects, ensuring timely delivery and budgeting with appropriate risk management
Solicit and review supplier bids and provide assessments on price, selection, service, support, availability, and other relevant factors
Drive the creation and management of change orders utilizing ERP and PBI tools
Coordinate projects, manage milestones, and track project updates and requirements
Oversee supplier performance and interface cross-functionally with both internal and external partners to proactively resolve issues

Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on W2
Knowledge of construction management, procurement management, and strong project management skills
Demonstrated ERP experience with systems like SAP & Ariba
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with experience in process development and implementation
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and experience in supplier/contract management systems
Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and challenging deadlines
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
7-10 years of direct experience in procurement or purchasing
Preferred
Construction management or supply chain management experience
Demonstrated ERP experience with systems like SAP & Ariba
