Responsibilities
Engage with stakeholders and testers to execute beta programs and support operational activities
Distribute surveys, analyze data, and provide milestone reviews
Work with end users and internal teams to develop and execute program strategies, ensuring readiness for product launch from a customer perspective
Support and troubleshoot issues, resolve problems, and maintain feedback flow
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement processes and tools for efficiency gains
Track and communicate status, independently drive issues to resolution
Coordinate across teams and manage projects effectively
Qualification
Required
4+ years of relevant experience in program management
Proficient in stakeholder and timeline management
Strong data analysis skills, including Excel (tables, pivot tables, vlookup) and/or Quicksight
Ability to troubleshoot devices akin to customer support for testers
Experience in interacting with and managing beta testers (300-700 testers per cycle)
Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical teams
Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree is ideal, but exceptional candidates without one will be considered
Preferred
Familiarity with Qualtrics and Jira is a plus
Experience with AI prompt engineering is advantageous
Experience in large tech companies is a plus
