WARGAME PROGRAM SPECIALIST
USAJOBS is part of the Department of the Air Force, and they are seeking a Wargame Program Specialist. Responsibilities
Program Administrator for the Air Force Wargame Enterprise process, wargame reporting, and senior leader support
Facilitates subject matter experts (SME) and serves as a SME in overall participation for ongoing wargames
Ensures that inputs from Wargaming Enterprise are accurately and effectively integrated for appropriate Strategic Planning and Programming Processes
Maintains a continuous liaison with appropriate Air Staff, OSD, Joint Staff, other Service, and other DoD offices to ensure informed decision-making by senior Air Force leadership

If authorized, PCS will be paid IAW JTR and AF Regulations. If receiving an authorized PCS, you may be subject to completing/signing a CONUS agreement
This position is subject to provisions of the DoD Priority Placement Program

This position is subject to incentive for prior work or active-duty experience to determine leave accrual
May travel by military or commercial air to conferences, meetings, or other functions away from the duty site to potentially include overseas travel
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance
Employee must be a US citizen
Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower grade GS-12, or equivalent in other pay systems
Knowledge of a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods to participate in the development, assessment, and improvement of Air Force-wide plans, concepts, and wargames
Knowledge of Air Force goals, objectives, and capabilities; perspectives on the present and future international security environment, and methods of evaluating the effectiveness of wargames
Skill in designing and conducting comprehensive studies, and preparing solutions to resolve substantive problems and issues of strategy, concepts, and technology in future operating environments
Skill in understanding and conducting analytic research in support of Air Force wargaming
Ability to plan, organize, and negotiate effectively with senior analysts and management to accept and implement recommendations
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, negotiate complex issues, and maintain good working relationships
Preferred
A bachelor's degree is highly desired
A master's degree in national security affairs, international relations, business administration, engineering, operations research, technical discipline, or a related field is desired
Previous military-related work experience desirable
Completion of intermediate developmental education desired
