They are seeking a Transportation and Logistics Intern to apply classroom knowledge in grain origination, sales, logistics, and risk management while collaborating with leadership to enhance ADM's market position.

Responsibilities
Analyze local, national, and global markets, and assess their impact on pricing
Develop and present a project to enhance ADM’s market position or customer engagement
Make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced market
Execute the best logistics strategies based on local freight dynamics
Deliver outstanding service to differentiate ADM
Build strong relationships with internal teams to support strategic goals
Ensure accurate and timely contract execution with administrative staff
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a four-year degree with an expected graduation between December 2026 and Summer 2028
Must have an overall 2.8 GPA
Interns must have their own reliable transportation to and from work
Willing to relocate to one of our ADM locations in North America
Successful completion of a background check is required
Must be available for a summer internship from mid-May to early August 2026
Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to evaluate and manage risk
Strategic thinker with effective execution in dynamic markets
Proficient with trading-related technology
Basic knowledge of grain markets and agriculture
