Responsibilities
Governance & Methodology: Establish and refine project management standards. Whether it’s Agile, Waterfall, or a "pragmatic hybrid," you’ll define the "how" of our work
Portfolio Oversight: Maintain a bird’s-eye view of all active and pending projects. You’ll identify bottlenecks before they become disasters
Strategic Alignment: Work with senior leadership to prioritize the project pipeline. You’re the one who says "yes" to the right things and "not right now" to the distractions
Resource Management: Track who is doing what. You’ll optimize resource allocation to ensure nobody is burnt out while no project is left gathering dust
Reporting & Transparency: Develop high-level dashboards for the C-suite that tell the truth about project health, budgets, and ROI
Mentorship: Coach project managers and team leads on best practices, helping them level up their delivery game
Qualification
Required
5+ years in project/program management, with at least 3 years specifically leading or building a PMO
Deep expertise in PPM tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com,)
You can navigate a room full of conflicting stakeholders and bring them to a consensus without breaking a sweat
You know when to stick to the process and when to cut the red tape to get things moving
Preferred
PMI-PMOCP, PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP certifications are preferred, but we value your proven track record of delivery even more
