Responsibilities
Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment to efficiently manage inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse operations
Oversee loading, unloading, and staging of materials to optimize workflow, production support, and shipping accuracy
Validate inventory, work orders, and shipping documents to ensure operational accuracy and compliance
Conduct equipment inspections, manage maintenance needs, and maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment
Support cross-functional warehouse operations, including picking, packing, labeling, and space utilization
Qualification
Required
Valid forklift certification required or ability to obtain
Minimum 2 years of forklift operation experience in warehouse or industrial settings preferred
Strong inventory management skills and ability to follow operational instructions in English
High attention to detail with a strong focus on safety and compliance
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, twisting, and reaching
Comfortable working in varying warehouse or production environment temperatures

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
