They are seeking an Entry-Level or Associate Fabrication Specialist to join the Phantom Works Operations team, focusing on the fabrication of composite structural assemblies and supporting manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities
Develops lay-up and assembly set-ups and techniques for the fabrication of composite structural and assemblies
Sets up and troubleshoots composite parts for assembly or layup
Assembles, lays up, or and supports processes the fabrication of parts and components. Identify nonconforming detail parts, assemblies and processes. Work with engineering to improve manufacturing processes
Fabricate composite detail parts using various pre-preg composite materials and/or wet layup processes. Locate station lines, index points, and E.O.P lines to establish exact locations of ply installations and components
Assemble and install detail composite and metallic components by bonding, sealing, cementing, and riveting to engineering specifications
Set up, weigh, mix and apply composite adhesives per engineering and company specifications
Prep and apply required release agents to composite prototype and or production tooling per company specifications
Working knowledge of composite material bonding best practices, FOD control and prevention
Qualification
Required
Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
Ability to work 1st Shift
Must have High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
Must have experience interpreting and working from blueprints, sketches and written and verbal instructions, in English
Preferred
Active Secret Clearance or higher preferred
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
