Responsibilities
Implementation & Configuration: Installing and configuring Dynatrace components, including OneAgent and Kubernetes operators
Performance Monitoring: Setting up dashboards, alerts, and reports to monitor application performance and user experience
Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Resolving application performance issues, analyzing root causes, and providing technical expertise
Customer Success (for CSE/Sales roles): Advising clients on best practices, driving product adoption, and ensuring ROI
Product Development: Developing and improving the SaaS platform using languages like C++, Java, Node.js, and Angular
Qualification
Required
Experience with observability, logging, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Familiarity with Java, .NET, PHP, Go, or Node.js
Strong understanding of IT operations, APM tools, web protocols (HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP), and databases
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills
