Responsibilities
Own IT portfolio intake, prioritization, and demand management processes
Manage cross-functional IT programs and major initiatives from initiation through delivery
Develop and maintain integrated roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers
Drive disciplined execution using standardized project management and SDLC practices
Partner with functional IT leaders (Apps, Infrastructure, Security) to align delivery plans and resources
Identify delivery risks early and drive mitigation plans
Support M&A activities (post-integration and/or post-divestiture) IT environment stabilization initiatives
Produce executive-ready dashboards on schedule, budget, scope, and risk
Track KPIs, benefits realization, and ROI for technology investments
Facilitate portfolio reviews, steering committees, and program status forums
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT program or portfolio management
Strong executive communication and organizational skills
Demonstrated success in leading technology transformations during mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Preferred
Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or related disciplines are strongly preferred
Experience operating in regulated environments (medical device or life sciences strongly preferred)
