Responsibilities

Provide daily technical support for on‑site and remote users across the Americas Region, covering hardware, software, and phone system inquiries
Manage end‑user devices, including setup, rollout, upgrades, and accurate hardware/software inventory tracking
Identify and resolve security issues promptly, including virus and malware monitoring and the implementation of necessary fixes
Support IT projects from planning through completion and collaborate with other IT team members to ensure service continuity
Serve as a subject matter expert for selected internal applications and tools
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing timely updates, clear documentation, and professional customer service
Align local IT requirements with corporate IT strategy, including contributing to budgeting for equipment and maintenance needs

Required

1–3 years of experience in end‑user support within a Microsoft server and multi‑platform environment
Working knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and basic server administration utilities
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and follow through on assignments
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to document processes clearly
Self‑motivated approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Experience with cabling systems, Vonage, Bomgar Remote Support tools, or help desk ticketing systems
Experience providing IT support across multiple sites or regions
Experience supporting hardware installations or endpoint equipment rollouts
