Responsibilities

Create test processes to support production and qualification testing
Serve as the project focal point to manage testing, troubleshooting, and prototype builds
Provide technical knowledge to support New Product Introduction (NPI) product development and qualification testing
Direct activities to enable test equipment builds
Facilitate the troubleshooting and repair of products and test equipment down to the component level
Support technical inquiries and provide oversight as needed with internal customers

Required

2-year associate degree or equivalent experience
2 or more years experience in the following:
Knowledge of maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic products and test systems
Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics
Demonstrated verbal, written, and global communication skills, along with presentation, leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Ability to demonstrate drive results, achieving outcomes even when requirements change or are challenging to perform
Proactive and clear communication skills
Ability to make decisions independently
Strategic thinking to clearly define and frame complex issues
Flexibility and openness to adapt to changing systems, processes, and engineering projects
Action-oriented with a strong work ethic; seizes opportunities when they arise
