This role involves overseeing a high-performing team and collaborating with senior leaders to drive value through advanced analytics, machine learning, and Generative AI across a multi-brand ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Lead and grow the Data Science team, setting technical standards and best practices
Define the long-term roadmap, tooling, and architecture for applied data science
Partner with investment and portfolio teams on predictive modeling and value creation
Drive the adoption and impact of Generative AI and agentic workflows
Own the full model lifecycle, from problem framing through production deployment
Translate complex analytics into clear, executive-level insights
Qualification
Required
10+ years of applied data science / ML experience
Strong Python and SQL skills, with proven production deployment experience
Experience leading and scaling technical teams
Deep expertise in forecasting, experimentation, pricing, and causal analysis
Strong business judgment and executive communication skills
Preferred
consumer / retail / QSR exposure
multi-brand environments
PE or consulting background
advanced degree
a strong point of view on how GenAI tools are reshaping data science workflows
