Responsibilities
Assist with hardware and software setup, troubleshooting, and support
Help maintain IT systems, networks, and user accounts
Support ticketing system by responding to user requests
Document IT procedures and update knowledge base
Participate in IT projects and system upgrades
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
Basic knowledge of networks, operating systems, and security tools
Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
Preferred
Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and basic networking concepts
Experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
Interest in cybersecurity or cloud technologies is a plus
