The Global HR Shared Services Programme / Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of a multi-region HR shared services rollout, ensuring effective governance and coordination across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Own and manage the global programme plan for HR shared services rollout or expansion
Establish strong governance, including milestone tracking, RAID management, and executive reporting
Drive accountability across workstreams, vendors, and regional stakeholders
Coordinate service scope definition, service catalogue development, and operating model alignment
Support transition from decentralised HR delivery into a shared services structure
Clarify roles and handoffs between Shared Services, HR Centres of Expertise, and HR Business Partners
Build and manage a phased, multi-region roadmap (design, build, transition, go-live)
Manage cross-functional dependencies across HR, IT, Finance, and vendors
Ensure structured readiness planning, testing, and cutover activities
Partner with senior HR leaders and programme sponsors
Facilitate governance forums and decision checkpoints
Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans clearly and confidently
Capture lessons learned to strengthen future rollout phases
Support post-go-live stabilisation and maturity progression
Qualification
Required
7+ years of programme or project management experience in enterprise environments
Proven delivery of global or multi-region shared services initiatives (HR preferred)
Experience establishing service catalogues and supporting operating model transitions
Strong governance capability (RAID logs, executive reporting, milestone tracking)
Experience managing complex interdependencies across functions and regions
Comfortable operating within structured PMO or transformation environments
Structured, disciplined, and delivery-focused
Strong communicator with executive presence
Pragmatic and solutions-oriented
Comfortable navigating complexity and global stakeholder environments
