Responsibilities

Processes new model performance after cost walk analysis from first contract
Functions as subject matter expert on purchasing performance data systems
Processes and tracks expenditure requests, analyzing costs vs. benefits. Processes/approves weekly invoices and prepares inter-company invoices
Leads process improvement projects cross-functionally with Finance, IT and Purchasing lineside
Works with internal purchasing clients, as well as, cross-functionally with finance, engineering and NNA affiliates
Implements process improvements through data mining software like
Performs other related duties and ad-hoc reports as necessary

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Technology, Accounting, Finance or a related field
3 to 5 years of experience in technology, coding, accounting, finance, or a related analytical discipline
Proficiency in Finance Reporting, Data Analytics, Visualization tools including but not limit to Power Automate, Power BI, Tableau and Snowflake and SAP/ SAP HANA

Preferred

Experience in a large public accounting firm or a multinational corporate accounting or finance department
Proficient in Purchasing and Costing systems, with hands-on experience in SAP platforms, including integration and/or migration to SAP HANA
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a proactive, independent problem-solving mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments
