Responsibilities
Greet and receive prospects and customers
Friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees
Maintain knowledge of staff names, extensions, schedules, physical address to be able to clearly give directions
Maintain knowledge of store hours for different departments, upcoming events, and any other operations that may affect store hours/ availability of staff
Refers customers who have additional questions to the service advisor or other appropriate staff member
Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers the customer to the appropriate individual for further assistance
Assist with various clerical duties as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or higher
A professional appearance
A clean driving record & valid driver's license
Must be authorized to work in the USA
Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks (MVR, drug test)
