Apriso Architect / Developer
XD Innovation is seeking an experienced Apriso Architect/Developer to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of DELMIA Apriso solutions in complex manufacturing environments. This role involves partnering with stakeholders to define scalable MES/MOM solutions that support digital transformation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end solution architecture for DELMIA Apriso implementations and enhancements
Translate business and manufacturing requirements into robust Apriso solution designs
Define architecture standards, development frameworks, and best practices for Apriso delivery
Lead fit-gap analysis, process design workshops, and solution blueprinting
Design and oversee integrations between Apriso and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, LIMS, SCADA, historians, PLM)
Produce and maintain architecture documentation, interface specs, and deployment designs
Provide technical leadership to developers, consultants, and delivery teams across the project lifecycle
Drive performance, scalability, reliability, and security of the Apriso platform
Support SIT/UAT, go-live readiness, hypercare, and continuous improvement
Partner with business and IT leadership on MES/MOM roadmap, governance, and rollout strategy
Act as SME for Apriso capabilities including production, quality, warehouse, maintenance, and traceability
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an Apriso Architect or Senior Apriso Consultant in enterprise manufacturing programmes
Deep expertise in DELMIA Apriso architecture, configuration, and customisation
Strong understanding of MES/MOM concepts, ISA-95, and manufacturing execution processes
Hands-on experience integrating Apriso with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
Strong technical background in SQL, data modelling, APIs, and integration/middleware patterns
Solid understanding of production tracking, genealogy/traceability, quality, and OEE
Experience delivering multi-site or global Apriso deployments
Excellent stakeholder communication skills across plant, IT, and executive audiences
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (Permanent Resident)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Preferred
Experience in regulated or complex industries (pharma, medtech, automotive, aerospace, consumer goods)
Knowledge of Industry 4.0 / IIoT / smart factory initiatives
Familiarity with cloud or hybrid deployment models and DevOps practices
DELMIA/Apriso certifications
