Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and setup of equipment for production shoots
Support the production team with daily operations and logistical tasks
Maintain inventory of production supplies and equipment
Help manage schedules and assist in coordinating production activities
Participate in meetings and take notes on production progress
Gather and organize production paperwork and documentation
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in film, media, or a related field is a plus
Strong interest in the production industry and a desire to learn
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
