Responsibilities
Owning mission-level requirements, CONOPS, interfaces, and verification strategy
Leading integration, test planning, and V&V execution
Driving trade studies, system budgets, and technical decision making
Managing risk, change control, and technical performance metrics
Acting as a senior technical interface with customers and internal stakeholders
Guiding teams through AI&T, launch readiness, and early operations
Qualification
Required
11+ years engineering experience, including 8+ years in satellite mission or spacecraft systems engineering
Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering teams
Strong background in requirements management, V&V planning, and system test
Experience working across multi-segment systems (space, ground, ops, launch)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate comfortably in a fast-paced, program-driven environment
Due to export regulations, candidates must be a US citizen or eligible US person
Preferred
RF communications or payload experience
Experience with government or defense customers
Background in system architecture or proposal support
