Responsibilities
Service Signage and Lighting Systems: Service, and repair a variety of sign systems, including illuminated signs, digital displays, and outdoor signage
Installation Excellence: Safely and accurately install a variety of signage, from window graphics to large exterior signs, ensuring each meets our high standards and client expectations
Technical Proficiency: Utilize and maintain tools and equipment required for proper installation, including ladders, drills, and other hand tools
Site Assessment: Evaluate installation sites to ensure proper fitting and positioning of signage, making adjustments as necessary for optimal visibility and durability
Customer Interaction: Work directly with clients during installations, providing a professional service experience and addressing any onsite concerns
Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the design and production teams to ensure specifications and quality standards are met
Qualification
Required
Problem-solving ability and out-of-the-box thinking
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
Physically fit to handle manual tasks including lifting over 80 lbs and climbing ladders
Preferred
Experience in sign service and installation or a related field is preferred but not required
