Qualification
Required
Experience in administrative support, program coordination, or client services
Previous work with schools, youth programs, nonprofits, or community organizations
Hands-on experience supporting program delivery, events, or workshops
Familiarity with sales support, scheduling, follow-ups, and client communication
Ability to thrive in fast-paced or growing organizations
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, including students, families, staff, and partners
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, participants, and team members
Highly organized, with the ability to manage schedules, details, and follow-ups efficiently
Comfortable assisting with client communication, coordination, and relationship management
Able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Basic knowledge of Google Workspace, email platforms, calendars, ClickUp, or similar productivity tools
Skilled in tracking data, attendance, and program activities accurately
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred
College coursework or degree in Education, Social Work, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
Ongoing professional development, certifications, or training in youth development, leadership, or program management is a plus
