Software Integration: Manage the implementation of accounting modules within the Restaurant 365 software for clients
Client Training: Train client teams on the use of the software and best practices for financial management
Time Management: Ensure adherence to necessary deadlines throughout the implementation process
Communication Mastery: Communicate status updates and address any issues promptly and effectively to clients, Lion Chaser Development Group, and Restaurant 365
Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients as they transition to and utilize the software
Process Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to optimize implementation processes and enhance client experiences
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in implementing accounting software solutions, preferably Restaurant365
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and support client teams
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Preferred
Experience working as a contractor or consultant
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
