Responsibilities
Build Power BI dashboards supporting field operations and business leadership
Translate large datasets into clear business insights and performance metrics
Analyze large datasets including telematics, warranty, repair orders, parts sales, and service data
Develop predictive models to support marketing optimization, revenue growth, and customer experience
Build and maintain data pipelines sourcing from AWS Redshift and enterprise systems
Support data modeling, transformation, and analytics data preparation
Support analytics requests across business units
Present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Automotive service, warranty, and parts analytics
Predictive analytics models for customer experience and revenue optimization
Enterprise reporting and visualization initiatives
Cross-functional analytics initiatives supporting business decision making
Qualification
Required
5–8 years experience in statistical analytics, market research, or analytics engineering
Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI, SAS, SQL, Python, or Business Objects
Experience building and supporting data pipelines
Strong experience in data presentation and analytics storytelling
Experience working with large-scale datasets
Strong communication and stakeholder presentation skills
Preferred
Automotive or manufacturing domain exposure
Strong PowerPoint and executive communication skills
Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills
3+ years of Big 4 consulting experience (preferred)
Stable work history within large enterprise organizations
