Mobile Clinic Scheduler & Program Coordinator
The Experiences That Matter Foundation is dedicated to improving access to essential eye care for communities in need. The Mobile Clinic Scheduler/Program Coordinator will coordinate logistics and scheduling for mobile clinic tour stops, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with community partners, staff, and volunteers.

Responsibilities
Coordinate clinic dates, times, and locations with schools and community partners
Maintain and update tour calendars, staffing schedules, and contact lists
Support pre-tour planning by confirming availability of staff, volunteers, and medical partners
Serve as a primary point of contact for community partners leading up to tour stops
Send confirmations, reminders, and day-of logistics details to staff and volunteers
Support internal communication between ETM leadership, clinic staff, and partners
Assist with tour day logistics as needed, including check-in support and basic coordination
Support the Clinic Driver and on-site team to ensure timely setup and smooth transitions
Escalate issues to ETM leadership as appropriate
Track attendance, tour outcomes, and basic program metrics
Assist with organizing paperwork, consent forms, and post-event documentation
Support the Grants Coordinator with data and reporting needs as requested
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in administrative support, scheduling, events, or community programs
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and shifting schedules
Experience working with nonprofits, schools, or community organizations is a plus
Passion for health equity, youth services, and community impact
