Responsibilities

Provide support for an advanced research and development program in reviewing, assessing, and complying with MDAP policies, standards, and procedures established by DoD, DoN, and Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development, and Acquisition (ASN(RD&A))
Provide support for planning, developing, monitoring, executing, and maintaining a robust configuration management framework that outlines processes, policies, and procedures for managing software and hardware configurations throughout their life cycle
Oversees an organization's data life cycle, ensuring its quality, security, and accessibility
Candidate will be responsible for coordinating with team leads to support pre-acquisition and post-acquisition strategy planning and implementation
Assist with the preparation of procurement request packages and activities, this includes contracting documentation such as Statements of Work, Statements of Objectives (SOO), Performance Work Statement (PWS), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), etc
Ensure compliance with DoDI 5230.24, DoD 5010.12-M, DFARS 252.227-7013, DFARS 252.227-7014, and ASSIST database

Required

A Final DoD Top-Secret Clearance
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
At least two (2) years of experience with the DoD acquisition process or configuration management/data management

Preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe products
Demonstrated good oral and written communication skills
Knowledgeable of Navy and Industry Configuration Management and Data Management Standard, Policies, and Procedures
Experience working in a dynamic, schedule constrained, and complex security environment and have the ability to respond to drills with a short turnaround time
