They are seeking a Client Support Supervisor who will play a key role in day-to-day operations, client experience, and team coordination while supporting incoming calls and ensuring established systems are followed. This part-time position has a clear progression path to a full-time Operations Manager role within the year.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and serve as a calm, professional first point of contact
Conduct client satisfaction visits and follow-up calls
Support and oversee day-to-day client and team coordination activities
Participate in local outreach, networking, and relationship building
Help strengthen systems and workflows while following established SOPs
Complete assigned tasks thoroughly and on time
Qualification
Required
Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead, manage, and coordinate team members to meet organizational objectives
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in assessing processes, solving problems, and implementing efficiency improvements
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective interactions with staff, clients, and stakeholders
Technical Support: Competency in using and troubleshooting operational tools, systems, and software
Customer Service: Commitment to delivering exceptional service and addressing client and caregiver needs professionally and effectively
Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple tasks and priorities
Preferred
Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare-related field is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is preferred
