Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of data engineering solutions on Azure Databricks
Develop and optimize data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF)
Work with Azure SQL databases and advanced T-SQL for data transformation and performance tuning
Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams
Coordinate onshore–offshore delivery and ensure project timelines and quality
Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable data platforms
Ensure best practices in performance, security, and data governance
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks (must-have)
12+ Years Experience in Data Engineering
Expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF)
Solid experience with Azure SQL and T-SQL
Proven team leadership and onshore–offshore coordination experience
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
