The Business Development Center Representative will manage customer communications, schedule sales appointments, and ensure customer satisfaction while collaborating with the sales team.

Responsibilities

Managing inbound and outbound customer communications via phone and email
Scheduling sales appointments
Following up on leads
Maintaining accurate records
Providing exceptional customer service
Working collaboratively with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize profitability

Required

Strong Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills
Schedule and confirm sales appointments
Enter and track all customer information in our CRM
Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text
Reschedule missed or canceled appointments
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dealership products and services
Participate in required dealership and manufacturer training
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy

Preferred

Proficiency in using CRM tools and systems is a plus
Prior call center, BDC, or customer service experience preferred
