They are seeking a highly capable engineering intern to support product development efforts, working on design, prototyping, testing, and refinement of physical systems intended for commercialization.

Responsibilities
Supporting mechanical, electrical, or systems-level design of physical components
Building, modifying, and testing prototypes
Evaluating materials, components, and design constraints
Assisting with design-for-manufacturability and design-for-assembly considerations
Documenting designs, test results, and engineering decisions
Collaborating with the founding team on technical tradeoffs related to performance, cost, reliability, and scalability
Supporting pilot testing and iterative improvement cycles
Qualification
Required
Junior or Senior standing in a credible engineering program (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Biomedical, or related discipline)
Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with hands-on work
Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
Interest in applied engineering, startups, and product commercialization
Preferred
Experience with CAD, prototyping, electronics, or manufacturing is a plus, but not required
