Responsibilities
Identifying performance gaps and opportunities to elevate production, leadership development, and business growth across the organization
Building and refining scalable onboarding systems that help new associates launch quickly and generate results with confidence
Leading and facilitating high-energy virtual trainings, power sessions, and accountability calls designed to drive measurable outcomes
Reinforcing a culture of ownership, urgency, discipline, and execution at every level of the team
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and aligning training initiatives directly with production and expansion goals
Collaborating with leadership to develop future leaders and strengthen duplication systems
Leveraging technology, automation, and modern learning platforms to create efficient, high-impact training experiences
Continuously improving systems to ensure the organization remains competitive, innovative, and growth-focused
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of leadership development, team culture, and performance growth
Experience supporting or leading training initiatives, coaching environments, or structured development programs
Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire
Self-starter mentality with the discipline to operate independently in a remote environment
High level of organization, follow-through, and personal accountability
Coachable, growth-oriented mindset with a desire to continuously improve
Alignment with building something meaningful through ownership, mentorship, and collaboration
