Responsibilities

Own the intake, development, and submission of market specific RFQs
Partner with engineering, operations, and finance to ensure accurate, timely quotes
Track quoting activity KPIs and follow up on open quotes to drive conversion
Own strategic pricing model across different markets & product segments
Provide best-in-class responsiveness and proactive communication
Understand customer applications, needs, and business drivers to better align Team’s capabilities with their goals
Maintain and update CRM records to reflect key conversations, follow-ups, and status changes
Coordinate internal handoff meetings for newly awarded projects
Ensure customer expectations are aligned with operational capabilities during the onboarding phase
Monitor progress of early-stage programs and resolve issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Serve as the voice of the customer within internal discussions
Escalate and resolve roadblocks that impact quoting turnaround or program onboarding
Identify patterns or trends in customer behavior or requests to inform continuous improvement efforts
Serve as site lead for revenue forecast generation & tracking of forecast accuracy
Ensure customer sales orders/purchase orders are received in timely manner & align with forecasted demand expectations
Support S&IOP process for site to project earnings, revenue, etc. to executive team

Required

Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities with discipline and urgency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret quote data, customer feedback, and project metrics
Familiarity with CRM systems (MS Dynamics preferred), Microsoft suite (Excel, Power BI), and ERP products
5+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, or technical quoting—preferably in a medical device or manufacturing environment
Background in medical device industry, preferably interventional medical device manufacturing
Any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be substituted at management discretion

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a technical or Engineering field preferred, not required
Experience in extrusion/advanced catheter manufacturing preferred
