Help Desk Analyst
Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide support to end users for various technical issues. The role involves identifying and resolving complex problems, responding to support requests, and coordinating with other teams to ensure effective issue resolution.

Responsibilities
Help Desk Analyst provides support to end users for computer, application, system, device, access and hardware issues
Identifies, researches and resolves the most complex technical problems
The Help Desk Analyst responds to in person or virtual requests for technical support
Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem using applicable systems and tools
Additionally, the Help Desk Analyst coordinates with other teams or specialists to resolve end user issues
May be responsible for the resolution of escalated issues of higher difficulty
May train, coach or assist less experienced team members
Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function
Qualification
Required

Typically reports to a supervisor or manager
The Help Desk Analyst has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job
Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function
