Drive new business acquisition across International Air Freight and Ocean Freight services nationwide
Build and manage a national sales pipeline of new customer opportunities within freight forwarding markets
Prospect, quote, negotiate, and close profitable international freight forwarding accounts
Cross-sell customs brokerage, domestic transportation, and integrated logistics services
Develop long-term client partnerships from initial shipment through ongoing account growth
Deliver consistent revenue expansion and gross profit performance across air and ocean freight portfolios
Qualification
Required
Senior-level new business development experience within international freight forwarding
Proven success selling Air Freight and Ocean Freight logistics solutions
Track record of opening, scaling, and retaining customer accounts
Working knowledge of customs brokerage compliance and domestic logistics services
Strong hunter mentality supported by measurable revenue and gross profit results
