Responsibilities
Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns within a 90-minute driving distance
Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses to generate interest
Qualify businesses and guide them through the application process, managing activity and pipeline in Salesforce
Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events such as lunch and learns and townhall meetings
Collaborate with the Field Manager to work with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations
Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis
Qualification
Required
Sales and account management experience
Experience with Salesforce CRM
1-2+ years in sales and/or customer service
Outside/field sales experience required
Bilingual - Spanish
Preferred
2 years in sales and/or customer service
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Field sales experience is a plus
Prior experience in a role involving sales and/or negotiation is a plus
Professionalism, enthusiasm to work with others, and a high sense of urgency
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple systems and technology
Ability to travel up to 4 hours round trip daily
